We’re evolving AdSigner to serve you better

We’re excited to share an important update about AdSigner. Over the past year, we’ve been working on a major evolution of our platform to make it more powerful, flexible, and aligned with how modern teams manage their digital identity.

These changes are designed to give you more control, better performance, and greater value, while simplifying how you manage email signatures across your organization.

Below is an overview of what’s coming next.

Platform Update

We are currently rolling out a major upgrade of the AdSigner platform, focused on improving overall performance, usability, and reliability. The updated experience is designed to make managing email signatures and related features smoother, more intuitive, and more efficient.

The rollout of the new version will take place gradually between May 4 and May 11, 2026.

During this period, no interruptions to email signature delivery or content distribution are expected. However, the administrative interface may be temporarily limited or experience occasional disruptions as the upgrade is being deployed.

Upcoming Pricing Changes

As part of this broader update, we will also introduce a new pricing model, moving from signature-based to user-based pricing. This means each user can now have unlimited signatures, providing greater flexibility and added value for our customers.

The existing multi-plan setup will be replaced with a single unified plan, with additional professional features available as optional add-ons. In addition, campaign functionality will now be available to all customers.

Billing will also transition to an organization-based model, meaning that subscriptions, invoices, and billing configurations will be managed and issued separately for each individual Organization.

Transition Details

  • Existing subscriptions will remain active under their current conditions until the next renewal date, while new features and improvements will be available for use immediately.
  • Upon renewal, subscriptions will automatically transition to the new pricing model.
  • The current number of signatures will be used as the basis for determining the number of users.
  • Directory synchronization will remain enabled only for organizations that currently have it configured.

These changes are part of our ongoing effort to improve the platform and provide a more scalable, transparent, and flexible experience for all customers.

Terms and Conditions Update

Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and DPA will be updated effective May 1, 2026.

The updated Terms introduce a clearer and more structured approach to our products and billing, including organization-based billing, automatic renewal, free trials, prorated upgrades, and immediate downgrades with revised pricing applied from the next renewal date. We have also refined the rules related to cancellations, late payments, and payment disputes.

Overall, these updates are designed to make our legal documentation easier to understand and better aligned with how AdSigner operates today.
