Manual copy-paste
If you are using any other email clients, you can manually copy-paste your signature.
Email signatures can be inserted manually into any email client that supports HTML or rich-text signatures.
AdSigner signature email notifications provide an ideal way to share the signature with your users, as they contain an authenticated link to the latest version of the signature. However, you can also share the signature by other means, such as email or a shared drive.
-
Configure email notifications in AdSigner admin console
If you wish email notifications to be sent automatically when a signature is created, you can do so in signature by navigating to
Email Signatures > Signatures > (your signature) > Publish
and enable Send email notifications. If you do not wish users to receive automatic email notifications, you can send the email notifications on demand by going to
Email Signatures > Signatures > (your signature)
and select the signatures you want to send notifications for, then click Send signature email. The email notification contains an authenticated link through which your users can install and connect AdSigner Agent. The link always takes the user to the latest version of the signature.
-
Open the link in the email notification on the user's computer. You will see a page with your signature and a menu where you can select an email client. Click on the icon to view the guide for other email clients.
-
You can copy the signature in either HTML or rich-text format and paste it into your email client's signature settings. HTML format preserves all formatting and is recommended where available.
