Microsoft 365
If your organization uses Microsoft 365 with Outlook, we recommend using our AdSigner for Outlook.
Microsoft 365 signature deployment works through the AdSigner for Outlook add-in, which lives in your users' Outlook applications and automatically refreshes and inserts signatures.
AdSigner for Outlook must be installed from the Microsoft 365 admin center to use all of its features.
-
To install the AdSigner for Outlook add-in, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. In the sidebar menu, select Settings > Integrated apps. In the paragraph below the heading, select the Add-ins link, or click the button below.
Visit Microsoft 365 Admin Center Add-ins page
-
Click Deploy Add-in and select Choose from the store. Search for โAdSignerโ and click Add.
-
In the last step, you can choose to Deploy the add-in to all users or to specific users. The add-in will be available on assigned users' ribbons within the next 12 hours.
-
When composing an email in Outlook, users will see a notification from AdSigner above the compose window. The AdSigner add-in is also available in the ribbon. Click the Set signature link in the alert, or the AdSigner button in the ribbon to open the add-in.
-
The add-in must be authenticated with AdSigner before use. If you are logged into your Microsoft account in Outlook, this will happen automatically, sometimes by opening a separate login prompt. If not, click Connect account to continue.
-
Connect your AdSigner account by entering your email address. You will receive an authorization code in your inbox.
-
Enter the authorization code from the email to connect your account. When you open your inbox to get the code, the AdSigner sidebar may close. If that happens, simply reopen the add-in sidebar, click on I already have an authorization code and enter the code to connect your account.
-
After successfully connecting your account, you can browse the signatures associated with your account. Click Insert to use it in your current message, or click Default signature to set it as default.
AdSigner for Outlook will refresh the list of signatures every time you open the add-in, so any changes to your signatures will be reflected immediately.
