Outlook (classic)

If your users are using the classic desktop app of Outlook on Windows, you can use the AdSigner Agent package.

For classic Outlook on Windows, you can use the AdSigner Agent package to deploy email signatures. AdSigner Agent is a small application that runs in the background on users' computers and automatically updates their email signatures.

AdSigner Agent authenticates itself via the token received in the email. It does not require users to register an account.

Configure email notifications in AdSigner admin console

If you wish email notifications to be sent automatically when a signature is created, you can do so in signature by navigating to
Email Signatures > Signatures > (your signature) > Publish
and enable Send email notifications.

If you do not wish users to receive automatic email notifications, you can send the email notifications on demand by going to
Email Signatures > Signatures > (your signature)
and select the signatures you want to send notifications for, then click Send signature email.

The email notification contains an authenticated link through which your users can install and connect AdSigner Agent. The link always takes the user to the latest version of the signature.
Open the link in the email notification on the user's computer. You will see a page with your signature and a menu where you can select an email client. Click on the Outlook icon and then select Outlook (classic).

Follow the instructions to install and connect AdSigner Agent.

You can also download the AdSigner Agent installer directly from the links below and send it to your users. When users visit the link in the email notification, the website will detect if AdSigner Agent is already installed and running.

Installer

Installs the latest version of AdSigner Agent for current user. Compatible with both 32 and 64-bit systems. Starts Agent automatically on Windows login. Enables automatic updates.

Portable version

Portable version does not require installation. It saves configuration in current directory, so it can be run from any portable media. It will not start automatically on Windows login.
