Our pricing is designed to be simple to get started with and predictable as your organization grows.

Every subscription begins with the Core Platform and then scales based on the number of users actively using the selected service. Advanced services such as Directory Sync, Extended Analytics, Additional Transfer, and Extended Support can be added as needed.

All prices shown on this page are monthly price equivalents. They are presented on a per-month basis, even when billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.

All prices are denominated in EUR (€) and shown excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes.

Core Platform

Every subscription starts with the Core Platform.

It includes:

access to the core platform
unlimited user directory
group management
user import and export
unlimited organization administrators
administrator roles and permissions
API access
User Hub for each individual user
1 included signature user
3 months of analytics history
best-effort support via email or chat

This gives every organization everything needed to get started from day one.

Siganture Users

Every signature user includes:

unlimited email signatures per user

Billing uses progressive tiered pricing, which means:

the first users are billed at the first-tier rate
additional users are billed only at the rate of the next applicable tier

Each pricing tier also has a minimum billing increment, called a step.

This means the number of billable users within a tier is rounded up to the next defined step for that tier.

For example:

in a tier with a step of 3, usage is billed in blocks of 3
in a tier with a step of 10, usage is billed in blocks of 10

Each signature user also contributes a defined amount of included transfer capacity to the organization.

Included transfer:

is calculated progressively by tier
is pooled at the organization level

For most standard usage, the included transfer is sufficient. Additional transfer is mainly intended for advanced or higher-volume usage.

Advanced Services

Directory Sync

Directory Sync automatically keeps your employee data up to date by connecting your account with supported external directory sources, including Google Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other supported JSON-based connectors.

It helps ensure that signatures always use the latest employee information, such as names, job titles, departments, phone numbers, locations, and other directory-based details.

Updates are pulled automatically every 2 hours, reducing manual work and helping keep signature data accurate and consistent across the organization.

It is designed for teams that want to reduce manual administration and keep signature data aligned across systems.

Extended Analytics

The standard subscription includes 3 months of analytics history.

With Extended Analytics, reporting history is extended from 3 months to 3 years, giving your team stronger long-term visibility, trend analysis, and reporting continuity.

Additional Transfers

For most standard usage, the included transfer is sufficient. Additional Transfer is primarily intended for advanced users or organizations with heavier transfer requirements.

If your organization needs more transfer capacity than what is included through user tiers, additional transfer can be purchased in advance.
