Troubleshooting
Agent is installed, but not detected

Make sure AdSigner Agent is running. You can check if it’s running by checking your tray menu.
If it’s not running, you can start it through the start menu.

In rare cases, AdSigner Agent could be listening on a different port than the default port.
Connect your account by clicking on the AdSigner icon in the tray menu and selecting Connect account.
After your account is connected, click on the AdSigner icon again and select the signature you wish to insert in the Signatures menu.
