Managing signatures

  • Click Signatures in the main menu bar.
  • Proceed by clicking on a preferred users Action menu.
  • On the left, you can see all your users’ signatures.
  • On the right, you can preview a selected signature.
  • To add a signature to the user, press Add signature in the top right corner.
  • At the bottom of the page you have multiple options, including:

    - Instructions, for guidance on how to add the signature to your email client
    - Send to email, which sends the instructions to a custom email address,
    - Test signature, which sends a test email with the selected signature to a custom email address
    - Copy, which copies your signatures code, so you can use it (step-by-step is on the Instructions page),
    - Delete, which deletes the signature.
